Over the last two months (January & February 2025), I ran a Google Ads Search Campaign for “Warehouse for Sale in Dubai” with a daily budget of AED 100. The results were outstanding:

  • Clicks: 6,999
  • Conversions: 477
  • Cost Per Conversion: AED 12.35
  • Total Cost: AED 5,900

One of the most significant improvements during the campaign was the drop in Cost Per Conversion from AED 57.18 in the first two weeks of January to just AED 3.86 in February 2025. This drastic reduction was achieved through continuous optimization, refined keyword targeting, and improved ad performance.

This resulted in a low cost per conversion of just AED 12.35, making the campaign highly cost-effective.

5. Continuous Monitoring & Performance Optimization

Google Ads campaigns require constant monitoring and data-driven adjustments. I closely analyzed key metrics such as Quality Score, CTR, and Conversion Rate to refine targeting, adjust bids, and pause underperforming keywords. This ongoing optimization helped sustain high performance throughout the campaign period.
